Graphic design | Branding

The brief:
When Women in Prison (WIP) launched their ambitious new strategy, they wanted a design that truly mirrored their activist roots and their radical way of driving change for women in prison.
The approach:
I collaborated closely with the WIP team to refresh their visual identity without losing sight of their core brand. We kept their original colour palette, but brought in new tonal values, added a bolder font to emphasise their activist spirit, and incorporated loose illustrations and hand-drawn elements to create a feeling of movement and forward momentum.
